All work is delivered asynchronously. There are no recurring calls and no live sessions. Every deliverable is written, and every recommendation is documented. This creates a record you can return to — and a pace that doesn't require scheduling to proceed.

You'll receive a clear recommendation at the end of every phase. The engagement continues, changes scope, or concludes — based on what the work reveals, not on a pre-set timeline. Nothing is extended beyond what's useful.

This is the work that produces durable change: sequences rewritten, cadences restructured, communications realigned with biological rhythm and customer identity rather than campaign logic.

The minimum engagement is three months. Retention is a long-arc problem — one month doesn't move the needle on continuity. Scope and continuation are reviewed at 90 days. We have no interest in retaining clients who no longer need us, and we're transparent about when the work is done.
